You will be greeted at the Door with a standard London Dry Gin & Tonic, a recipe from Bogan Road Distillers as you are taken on a culinary journey via a 3 Course Meal curated by Dani Wallace & the team from Modern Foodie in Narromine paired with a selection of Tasmanians Whisky Selectors favourite drams as Karin and Shane Spencer share their journey, an indepth discussion on each featured spirit & we will finish with an intimate Q & A.
